Norfolk Broads (Wroxham)

● Freshwater · permit required · parking

A network of shallow lakes and slow rivers cut from medieval peat pits. Pike up to 30 lb haunt the deeper holes; carp, bream, roach and tench dominate the shallower broads. The Bure, Yare and Waveney connect everything — much of it is navigable by boat.
